Microsoft Office is well known software for any kind of office work, and we all are very much aware about its productivity. Microsoft excel is one of them, which is used for any calculation type presentation and other work. Today we are going to discuss with a very popular error in Microsoft Excel and Word 2007. Whenever you tried to open any Microsoft Excel or Word document directly by double Clicking on it you may get the error screen pop up “There was a Problem Sending the Command to the Program”.

If you open your Excel or Word first and then open your desired file then you may not face the same problem. It will come only when you try to open the file directly.

If you follow few steps stated below you may get rid of this error screen;

Open Microsoft Excel 2007 and then go to Excel Options

Go to Advanced and Scroll down to the Bottom and look for the Box Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)

By default it should be checked, so you please uncheck the box and click ok.
